A Seasoned Attorney, Arbitrator, Mediator, and Advisor

A lawyer can serve many roles. In my practice, I focus on guiding clients toward efficient, cost-effective solutions to the problems they are facing. That focus informs my approach, whether I’m working as an attorney, mediator, advocate or consultant.

I’m James B. Jameson. For over 40 years, I have helped clients ranging from individuals to sizeable businesses accomplish their goals. I’m licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Texas.

General Counsel and Consulting Services

I offer trusted guidance to businesses navigating legal concerns such as employment issues, regulatory compliance, contracts, sales, acquisitions, operations, and disputes. My experience spans numerous industries, including real estate, service businesses, entrepreneur “start up” companies and oil and gas.

In my role as outside general counsel, I work diligently to protect clients’ interests through sound advice rooted in a wide breadth of experience. I also offer consulting services for businesses large and small, particularly those facing financial distress.
